Whole Health for a New Year
Seventh-day Adventist Health Ministries is a global initiative dedicated to promoting whole-person health—physical, mental, and spiritual—based on biblical principles and the healing ministry of Jesus. Its purpose is to empower individuals and communities to live healthier, more fulfilling lives through practical education and compassionate care.
At the Montgomery First Seventh-day Adventist Church, Health Ministries is a local project in partnership with local health organizations and initiatives that seek to uplift both church members and the wider community. Through nutrition education, wellness workshops, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, this ministry aims to provide a source of support and guidance for individuals seeking to enhance their overall well-being.
By integrating faith with practical health knowledge, the Health Ministries team will work to create lasting, positive change—helping individuals take control of their health, prevent disease, and live more vibrant lives in service to God and others.

Health Ministries 2026 — Restored, Equipped, and Sent
As we move into 2026, Health Ministries at Montgomery First SDA Church embraces a renewed call to live and lead lives of whole-person health—spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially. This year is not about quick fixes or trends, but about restoration. God desires His people to be strong in body, clear in mind, and anchored in faith so we can serve Him and our community with energy, compassion, and purpose. True health is a ministry, and caring for the body is an act of worship.
In 2026, we commit to intentional habits that reflect God’s design—healthy choices, balanced living, meaningful fellowship, and practical education that empowers families and individuals. Through prayer, education, community engagement, and initiatives like Powered-Up Potluck, health seminars, and outreach opportunities, we seek to model a lifestyle that heals and inspires. Our goal is not only personal wellness, but to be a visible testimony to our community that God’s principles still restore lives today.
As we step forward together, we pray that Health Ministries will help unleash a healthier church—restored by God, equipped for service, and sent to make a difference. Let 2026 be the year we choose life, live with purpose, and reflect Christ through vibrant, faithful living.
